{"id":1337,"date":"2019-01-25T12:21:23","date_gmt":"2019-01-25T11:21:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herboristerialasalud.com\/blog\/?p=1337"},"modified":"2020-12-28T12:28:01","modified_gmt":"2020-12-28T11:28:01","slug":"durum-vegano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/herboristerialasalud.com\/blog\/durum-vegano\/","title":{"rendered":"Durum vegano"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a1Hoy en nuestras Recetas Saludables de Laura vamos a sorprenderte!,\u00a0Te ense\u00f1amos a hacer un durum vegano\u00a0\ud83c\udf2f un plato del medio oriente que adaptamos a lo que mas nos gusta&#8230; la vida sana \ud83d\udc9a Necesitar\u00e1s:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-1342 \" src=\"https:\/\/herboristerialasalud.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-01-10-at-20.38.03-300x225.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"290\" height=\"218\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tiras o bocados de Heura<br \/>\n1 tomate<br \/>\nUn poco de lechuga<br \/>\nSalsa Tzatziki (o salsa de yogur)<br \/>\nPiadinas de Espelta<br \/>\nAceite de oliva virgen extra<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lo primero que\u00a0haremos es\u00a0cortar y fre\u00edr los tacos o bocados en una sart\u00e9n con un par de cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen extra a fuego no muy caliente. Mientras estos se fr\u00eden nos podemos dedicar a cortar el tomate\u00a0\ud83c\udf45 y la lechuga\u00a0\ud83e\udd57 en trocitos.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n ponemos las piadinas a calentar una por una en una sarten caliente \u00a1ojo!
