Un plato diferente pero que es muy sencillo de elaborar \ud83d\ude0b<\/p>\n<p>Toma nota y apunta lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-1733 \" src=\"https:\/\/herboristerialasalud.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-04-24-at-10.24.36-1-copia-300x225.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"283\" height=\"212\" \/><\/p>\n<p>2 Berenjenas \ud83c\udf46\ud83c\udf46<br \/>\n1 Cebolla<br \/>\n150 gr. Anacardos<br \/>\nQuinoa (1 vaso peque\u00f1o)<br \/>\nLeche vegetal<br \/>\nHarina espelta integral<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En primer lugar pondremos la quinoa a cocer en un cazo con agua y reservamos. Asimismo cortaremos las berenjenas por la mitad y dando cortes por dentro para poder vaciarla posteriormente. Las meteremos en el horno durante 15 minutos a 180 grados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mientras tanto nos dedicaremos a cortar la cebolla en\u00a0 peque\u00f1o trocitos. A continuaci\u00f3n pochamos la cebolla en una sart\u00e9n y cuanto est\u00e9 medio transparente, le a\u00f1adimos la quinoa cocida y volteamos la mezcla un poco. Seguido a\u00f1adimos los trozos de berenjena que hemos metido al horno.
