rellenos<\/strong>, un plato muy nutritivo, delicioso y saludable.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 ingredientes necesitaremos?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Para 4 personas.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 calabacines grandes<\/li>\n<li>300 gr de seta shitake<\/li>\n<li>Cebolla caramelizada Gumendi (2 cucharadas)<\/li>\n<li>Mijo (1 vaso)<\/li>\n<li>Queso rallado (opcional vegano)<\/li>\n<li>O.V.E<\/li>\n<li>Bebida
