{"id":805,"date":"2018-04-03T19:37:32","date_gmt":"2018-04-03T17:37:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herboristerialasalud.com\/blog\/?p=805"},"modified":"2020-12-28T12:53:08","modified_gmt":"2020-12-28T11:53:08","slug":"falafel-en-pan-de-pita-con-salsa-de-yogur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/herboristerialasalud.com\/blog\/falafel-en-pan-de-pita-con-salsa-de-yogur\/","title":{"rendered":"Falafel en pan de pita con salsa de yogur"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy en nuestras <strong>Recetas Saludables de Laura<\/strong> te contamos c\u00f3mo hacer un riqu\u00edsimo <strong>falafel en pan de pita con salsa de yogur\u00a0\ud83e\udd59<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lo primero que hacemos ser\u00e1 la salsa de yogur, para la cual necesitamos los siguientes ingredientes:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-811 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/herboristerialasalud.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/WhatsApp-Image-2018-04-02-at-10.50.10-7-150x150.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>1\u00a0yogur natural de soja<br \/>\nEl zumo de 1\/2 lim\u00f3n<br \/>\n1 cucharada de perejil<br \/>\n1 diente de ajo (opcional)<br \/>\nSal y pimienta<br \/>\n30 ml de aceite de oliva virgen extra<br \/>\n\u00a1Se bate todo junto y listo!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Y ahora viene la parte m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil\u00a0\ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n<p>Solo necesitamos falafel (en nuestro caso marca NaturSoy), pan de pita (en nuestro caso marca Terra Sana), lechuga y tomate\u00a0\ud83c\udf45<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-807 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/herboristerialasalud.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/WhatsApp-Image-2018-04-02-at-10.50.10-2-150x150.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fre\u00edmos los falafel, vuelta y vuelta en la sart\u00e9n con muy poquito aceite.<br \/>\nCortamos lechuga y tomate al gusto.<br \/>\nTostamos el pan de pita.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para introducir todos nuestros ingredientes en el pan de pita, lo cortamos solo por la parte de arriba. \u00a1Un consejo!
